Hotel Yuzawa Yuzawa Denkiya - Yuzawa (Niigata)

The staff were really helpful and very helpful and assisted us with free parking. Lovely building and rooms with tatami bed.

The hotel is great and in a favourable location to echigo yuzawa station. The room is large and relaxing, comes with Tatami bed, personal bath. It has good choice of meals to offer, the food is nice.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and sweet, ensuring that everything was spotlessly clean throughout my stay. The hotel's location is perfect for accessing multiple ski resorts in the area, and the shuttle services provided by both the hotel and the resorts were extremely reliable. The highlight for me was definitely the natural hot spring bath, which provided a long, relaxing soak after a day on the slopes. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of both Japanese and Western options, and I particularly appreciated the availability of coffee and scrambled eggs. this hotel provided excellent value for money and attention to detail.

The hotel provided excellent complimentary shuttles to nearby ski resorts and town centers. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options, including coffee and scrambled eggs. the natural hot spring bath provided an ideal way to relax after a day on the slopes.

The hotel is located outside of the main town area, making it difficult to find nearby dinner options. the hotel offers a shuttle service into town at night, but no service back.

The Onsen was a good experience and we enjoyed having it after an exhausting day skiing on the slopes nearby. The staff were always helpful and friendly, making us feel at home. The rooms and facilities were pretty clean and neat. the hotel's shuttle services were very reliable and took us to each of the many ski resorts nearby.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They were so kind and accommodating, making our stay really enjoyable. The hotel's traditional Japanese rooms were a unique and wonderful experience, especially with the beautiful view of the snow-covered mountains outside. We were pleasantly surprised by the great value for money and the affordable prices for ski hire. Additionally, the hotel's location near Yuzawa Snow Resort was incredibly convenient, and the free shuttle service provided by the hotel made getting there a breeze.

Everything was perfect!

Great location for skiing, with reliable shuttle services to and from the ski resorts. Beautiful and relaxing natural hot spring bath after a tiring day. Delicious breakfast with both Japanese and Western options.

Futons were a bit too hard for my taste, and the shared bathroom was not very convenient. It was also a bit isolated from nearby dining options, requiring a 10-minute drive to access a wider selection of restaurants.

Wonderful breakfast buffet, spacious family room, yukatas for onsen, ski amenities, helpful staff, traditional Japanese style.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially with my young son. Secondly, the room was clean and comfortable, with a traditional Japanese tatami bed that was perfect for my son. Finally, the breakfast was both beautiful and delicious. this hotel is a great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
